Acceptance of Terms

TacOP4 reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. TacOP4 reserves the right update these Terms and Conditions (“TAC”) at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TAC can be reviewed by clicking on the TAC hyperlink located at the bottom of our web pages. You should carefully read the TAC. By proceeding further, you will be deemed to have accepted them.

Definitions

In this TAC, the following terms all have the meanings indicated: “Customers” means individuals or entities who use this website or the services of TacOP4 or who undertake any other business with TacOP4;

TacOP4 makes no claims that the products may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the USA. Access to the products may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If users access this site from outside of the USA, it does so at its own risk and is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of, or applicable to, its jurisdiction. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under the TAC, including but not limited to this TAC, shall lie exclusively with the USA courts and the TAC shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. If any provision of this TAC is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this TAC, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this TAC shall be deemed a further continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Payment Terms: Net 30 days for Goverment accounts. Credit Card / Paypal for all retail customers.

Prices: All prices included herein supersede all prior prices. Price’s terms and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy: TacOP4 and United Uniform Manufacturers (UUMFG) will not charge a restocking fee or return freight charges on approved Return Authorizations (RA) for current, first quality, unaltered, stock products due to manufacturing errors or defects. We will accept returns for reasons other than errors or defects; however, additional fees will apply. All returns must have prior written approval before a Return Authorization is issued. To obtain an RA, please contact customer service at (800) 858- 6755. Discontinued products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Warranty: If a TacOP4 or United Uniform Mfg. garment should prove defective in material or workmanship, you may return it to us for a period of up to one year from the date you received your item. TacOP4 and United Uniform Mfg. reserve the right to replace, repair or refund. For garments that are screened, embroidered, or altered by a company or individual other than TacOP4 or United Uniform Mfg., you are responsible for verifying the quality and accuracy of the shipment. TacOP4 and United Uniform Mfg. will not be responsible for any altered garments due to shipping errors. Please note, products offered for sale are not manufactured for protection from flames, sparks, ignition sources, caustic material or blood borne pathogens.

Discontinued Items: Discontinued products are occasionally available for sale at a reduced price. See our website for current closeout items (if any) and contact our customer service department for stock and price information.

Shipping Discrepancies: All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receiving shipment.
